As we transition into fall, Learning Gardens around Indianapolis have produce ready to harvest and use in the classroom. The Kitchen Community is home to numerous resources designed to help teachers, administrators, and volunteers safely collect produce from the garden and keep track of their yield. We also have several simple and tasty ways to prepare classroom snacks from fresh grown ingredients. Check out the resources below, including how-to videos, classroom activities, lesson plans, and more. As always, if you have questions as you approach the harvests or would like additional support, feel free to reach out to your Garden Educator!
