  • 8-10 chopped mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 6 minced garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup sliced onion
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 tsp. each: Dijon mustard Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce
