  • 4 ounces rice noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 8 ounces tofu
  • 1.5 Tbsp. curry powder
  • 1 carrot
  • 4 green onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp. turmeric

Instructions
 

  • Cook the noodles and drain the tofu.
  • Mash the tofu.
  • Heat the sesame oil and fry the mashed tofu.
