Delicious Recipe For Pasta With Vodka Sauce And Meat
This easy vodka sauce recipe is the perfect indulgence dish that will make you feel like you’re sitting in an authentic Italian café on the streets of Rome.
– Penne pasta
– Pork sausage
– Olive oil
– Sea salt
– Italian seasoning
– Garlic cloves
– White onion
– Sliced mushrooms
Step 1: Preparation
Using a sharp knife, thinly chop your onions on the chopping board and place them in a bowl on the side. Then using a garlic press or the flat surface of a knife, mince the 4 garlic cloves and also place in the bowl.
Next, dice all your mushrooms and place them on a plate or bowl. Finally, you’ll want to finely chop the basic leaves and place in a separate bowl.
Step 2: Cooking
Heat your large skillet on medium heat on the stove and add in two tablespoons of butter and two tablespoons of olive oil.
Then add your diced onions and minced garlic to the skillet and saute for 3 or so minutes, making sure they don’t burn to the pan.
Then add your diced mushrooms to the skillet and cook for 3 minutes until they soften and darken in color.
