How To Make Delicious Boston Roll Sushi

– Short-grain sushi rice – Water – Sushi vinegar – Shrimp – Tobiko – Cucumber – Nori seaweed – Avocados

Ingredients:

Step 1:

Measure out all your ingredients and dice your cucumber and avocado into ½-inch slices.

Wash your rice and add it to a pan with 1 cup of boiling water, or alternatively, add to a rice cooker.

Step 2:

Once the rice is cooked, place it in a large bowl and let it cool down until it is warm. When there is no longer lots of steam coming off the rice, add the sushi vinegar to it.

Step 3:

Next, bring a pan of water to the boil on the stove and add in a teaspoon of salt. Once the water has boiled, add the shrimp, cover up the pan and then remove or turn off the heat.

Leave the shrimp to cook in the pan for around 5 minutes then transfer them to a bowl of iced water to stop them from cooking any more.
