  • 5-6 to matoes
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup room temperature milk
  • 1 tsp. olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. salted butter
  • 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
  • Cilantro
  • salt black pepper, and sugar to taste


  • Cook all ingredients in a pressure cooker.
  • Transfer to a blender.
  • Re-heat until it starts to simmer.
  • Mix in cornstarch and water.
