Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups grated carrots
  • 1/2 cup full-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup condensed sweetened milk
  • 5 Tbsp. clarified butter
  • 11 cashews
  • 1 tsp. cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the carrots in the Instant pot until soft.
  • Add both milks and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and pressure cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir and add the cashews and cardamom.
