Delicious Side Dishes to Have with Beef Wellington

– Asparagus – Lemon juice – Olive oil – Minced garlic – Salt and pepper

Ingredients for Roasted Asparagus:

Step 1: 

Mince your garlic using a garlic pressure or the flat surface of a knife and trim the ends of your asparagus. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees.

Step 2:

Place your asparagus on a baking tray and pour your minced garlic, 3 tbsp of lemon juice, and ¼ cup of olive oil on top and mix until all the asparagus is marinated.

Step 3: 

Sprinkle with salt and pepper before placing in the oven.  Cook in the oven for 20 minutes and then serve.
