Healthy Oatmeal Cookies Without Brown Sugar

There’s nothing quite like a homemade cookie fresh out of the oven. With a crispy bottom, a golden brown color, with each bite filled with gooey chocolate chips and a crunch of oaty goodness.

– Oats – White sugar – Butter – Eggs – Baking soda – Salt – Cinnamon – Vanilla extract


Step 1: 

First, preheat your oven to 350 degrees fahrenheit.

Step 2:

Then, mix in the flour, baking soda, salt, oats and cinnamon in a medium sized mixing bowl until combined.

Step 3: 

With another mixing bowl, beat together the butter, shortening, and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.

Step 4:

Then, add the eggs one at a time, mixing completely together, and add in the vanilla extract.

Step 5: 

Next, mix the dry ingredients with the creamy butter mixture until you have a dough.
