Brown Sugar Dijon Glazed Pork Loin

– Brown Sugar – Dijon Mustard – Salt – Pepper – Pork Loin – Vegetables


Step 1: 

Preheat your oven to ideally 425 degrees.

Step 2:

Stir the mustard, sugar, salt and pepper into a small bowl.

Step 3: 

Line a rimmed baking tray with tin foil or cooking parchment. Spray the dish with spray-on olive oil to avoid the meat sticking and make for easy cleanup.

Step 4:

Place the pork on the baking sheet, patting down the excess moisture with a tea towel.

Step 5: 

Surround your pork with the vegetables of your choosing. Make sure to baste them in oil first.
