- 5 cups watermelon cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1 minced jalapeno pepper
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- Place all veggies and fruit into a blender or food processor.
- Add the salt and vinegar.
- Process again.
