- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 onion diced
- 2 diced carrots
- 1.5 Tbsp. tomato paste
- 4 cups veggie broth
- 14 ounces diced tomatoes
- 1 cup green beans
- 3 small potatoes

- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
