Strawberry-Peach-Yogurt

  • 2 Tbsp honey divided
  • Cup Greek Yogurt vanilla
  • 3 Cups peaches sliced and peeled, puree to make 1½ cup
  • 3 Cups strawberries puree to make 1½ cup

Watermelon-Mint

  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint leaves
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • Cups coconut water
  • 3 Cups sliced watermelon divided

Lemon-Blackberry

  • 2 ½ Cups Greek Yogurt Vanilla
  • 2 ½ Cups blackberries
  • 2 ½ Cups Greek Yogurt Mixed Berry
  • Cup lemon juice include zest from lemons

Mango-Orange-Coconut

  • 3 Tbsp orange juice
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 2 Cups coconut milk whisked and divided
  • 4 Cups mango divided

Instructions
 

Strawberry-Peach-Yogurt Popsicles

  • Combine the two mixtures in the blender, whirl until blended, then set aside. Clean the blender, and mix blueberries with two teaspoons of honey. In the same blender, whirl the berries and honey until smooth. Finally, combine all three purees and stir until blended.
  • Construct your popsicles in the following fashion: start by adding two teaspoons of strawberry puree to the mold, then top it with one teaspoon of yogurt. Continue to layer two teaspoons of peach puree and repeat the process until the mold is complete. Finish off by adding a fruit puree on top.
  • Tap the container on the countertop to ensure all the layers settle. To build a marbled effect, use a teaspoon spoon to move in a vertical direction from the bottom to the top of the mold several times to build a marbled effect.
  • Tap the popsicle mold gently on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles. Then, please place in the wooden popsicle stick and let them freeze for no less than 6 hours or until the next day.

Watermelon-Mint Popsicles

  • Mix two and a half cups of miniature watermelon pieces, mint, lime juice, coconut water, and honey in a blender. Finally, finely dice the other half cup of watermelon into quarter-inch cubes.
  • Divide the diced watermelon evenly into the molds. Tap the molds, so the pieces fall to the bottom.

  • Whisk your vanilla yogurt, lemon juice, and zest in a medium-sized bowl.
  • Puree the mixed berry yogurt and blackberries, then set aside.
  • Layer your molds: One tablespoon blackberry and one tablespoon lemon; repeat and swirl the layers as you wish.
  • Gentle tap the popsicle molds on the counter to eliminate any air bubbles. Put in your popsicle sticks, then freeze for no less than six hours or leave overnight.

Mango-Orange-Coconut Popsicles

  • Puree three cups of mango slices, orange juice, one-half cup coconut milk, and honey.
  • Cut the remaining one cup of mango slices into quarter-inch cubes. Divide the cubes evenly among your molds.
  • Add three tablespoons of coconut-mango mixture. Tap the mold on the countertop to ensure the mixture fills in evenly among the diced mango pieces.
  • Add one tablespoon of coconut milk, or enough until you've filled the mold. Insert your popsicle sticks, freeze them for no less than six hours, or leave them overnight if needed.
