Instructions
Prepare your meat
- Depending on the state of the meat you bought, you will need to do a few things to prepare it for cooking. Some butchers will soak the tripe in brine, bleach it and boil it.
- In such an instance, you want to make sure all the impurities from the meat have been removed. To do so, you should scrub your meat in a mixture of vinegar and rock salt. Then you should soak it in the cold water, rinse it and cut it into smaller pieces.
