- Lay the bell pepper on its side with the skin down.
- Cut the bell pepper into thin slices.

- 1 lb. Italian sausage
- 2 bell peppers
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 cup cool water
- 1 sliced onion
- 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves

- Brown the sausages in olive oil and add water.
