What sets it apart from other cakes, is the addition of zucchini, walnuts, and a sprinkle of coconut, into the mixture. This gives it a rich texture and a unique flavoring, that is perfect to enjoy with a cup of tea.

The types of cake are many and varied. Butter cake, pound cake, chiffon cake, and vanilla cake are a few of my favorites. And who doesn't like a good Bundt cake or cupcake with royal icing.
