Now, if anyone asks me about a food that begins with “P,” the first and only answer that will likely pop into my head will be pancakes. It’s hard to think of another as fantastic food, although, as you’ll soon see, there are plenty to choose from. And speaking of foods that start with “P,” I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention pies. If you’re family’s Italian, you likely thought of “pasta.” Also, I know many of you probably thought “Pizza,” another great Italian dish. Those from Louisiana may have thought of a favorite delicious local sandwich called the “Po-boy.”
